New Seasons

Howdy, Big Marv here. I haven't blogged for a while, but loved the part of my life when I was committed to a group of lovely saints who would pray for me and be a part of my life this way. I have enjoyed Facebook, and will continue to post there, but right now, I need to be held accountable here. I will send this link to some of my friends, and see if you want to be a part of this season of my life. Specifically, I ask for your prayer for Marge and for me as we seek GOD's wisdom and will for this part of our lives. I am praying for some very specific answer and am actively waiting for GOD to give us peace. I read Isaiah 61-66 this morning and loved Isaiah 65:24 in the "New Living Translation "I will answer them before they even call to me. While they are still talking about their needs, I will go ahead and answer their prayers!" Will you join me and pray for answers, for blessings, and for protection? I am also going to pray for wisdom as I get to exercise one of the greatest and most neglected privileges of being an american: I will vote tomorrow and i will pray and ask for GOD's wisdom and protection and blessing for america. I am also praying for HIS church to be willing and able to seek GOD's Face. Isaiah 61:1-2 was Jesus' first sermon scripture, but HE didn't read the part about punishing "our enemies". WHY? maybe we can go into that later... GOD Bless you today!
